This interactive book is about places in town, to practice countable and uncountable nouns, such as: there is/ there isn´t, there are/ there aren´t.

YEAR 5      DIRECTIONS GAME

This is a real game, where you have to listen carefully to the instructions to get to some places. After you listen you have to click on the place TWO TIMES, this is important otherwise you´ll not be able to check your answer.

En este juego real hay que escuchar con atención las instrucciones para llegar a diferentes lugares. Prestar mucha atención al audio. Una vez localizado el lugar, es importante hacer clic en ese sitio dos veces, de lo contrario no podréis comprobar vuestra respuesta.

Look at this wonderful artwork that year five made! They´ve got a lot of imagination. They were told that the camels of the three wise men would appreciate a bite of this lovely bread!

Espero que a los camellos les haya gustado este exquisito bocado, aunque tienen muy buena pinta, se les recomendó a los niños/as que no lo comieran, para evitar que los camellos pasaran hambre, tenían que estar fuertes para transportar todos los regalos de los reyes.

This dough doesn´t contain gluten, as some of the royal pages are celiac.

Esta masa de pan no contiene gluten, ya que algunos de los pajes reales son celiacos.

Now that we´ve learnt all the ingredients to make bread, this is the second step to prepare us for our final stage: MAKING BREAD!

Los alumnos/as de quinto han ordenado los seis pasos a seguir para hacer la masa del pan.

Ahora que ya hemos aprendido todos los ingredientes, este es un peldaño más para llegar a la cumbre: AMASAR Y MOLDEAR PAN CON NUESTRAS PROPIAS MANOS

Our lovely lecturer has prepared these pictures so that children could talk about the steps to make TEA, COFEE, PIZZA, BREAD, BISCUITS, ICE CREAM, and what are the ingredients you need to make them. We´ve also played a game to see who knows which food is unhealthy or healthy!

Nuestra ayudante americana Elizabeth ha preparado estás imágenes para que los alumnos de quinto pudieran en pequeños grupos practicar en inglés todo el vocabulario que han aprendido en clase, decir los ingredientes que se utilizan para hacer  TÉ, CAFÉ, PAN, GALLETAS, HELADO, etc y los pasos que hay que seguir para hacer esas bebidas u comidas. También hemos hecho un juego para clasificar estos alimentos en sanos o no.
